Patrons must email at least one quality photo reference of the family to the artist via email at sarah.detraz1@gmail.com immediately after purchase. The artist will confirm finalizations before starting the drawing.
All sales are final. Original drawings take hours to create and cannot be replicated even if they arrive damaged. Patrons have an option to purchase a virtual file AND print of their drawing IF the original arrives damaged.
Original drawings take many hours to complete. Patrons will receive a confirmation email of a completion and shipping date after receipt of purchase. Patrons should expect at least three weeks from time of purchase for drawing to be completed.
